Cloud sync & backup
Backs up your logbook and keeps all your devices in sync. You need the access code you were given to use sync. Enter the same access code, email and passphrase on each of your devices.
π The access code is shared β it just lets invited pilots in. π Your passphrase is yours alone: it encrypts your logbook (AES-256) and never leaves your devices, so keep it safe; it cannot be recovered. Your email only labels your private backup file.

Brought-forward totals (opening balances)
Your existing hours, carried over from your previous logbook. Every running total = brought-forward + flights logged here. Start here: download the template, fill the Hours column from your last summary page, then import.
Import flight history (CSV)
β Advanced / at own risk. Bulk-loads individual past flights from a CSV in the Export CSV layout (header (1) Date,(2) Type,β¦). Best used to re-import a file you exported here. Rows are added as past flights; the Brought forward and TOTALS rows are ignored. Check totals afterwards.
